Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions for participating in our Yoga Retreat. By registering and participating in our retreat, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1. Registration and Payment:

​

1.1. To reserve your spot on the retreat, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. The deposit amount and payment instructions will be provided upon registration.

​

1.2. The remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date, typically no later than 120 days before the retreat's start date. Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

​

1.3. Bookings within 120 days of the start date, the balance will be due upon registration.

​

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

​

2.1. If you need to cancel your participation in the retreat, you must notify us in writing. The following cancellation fees will apply:

• More 120 days before the retreat start date: Deposit is non-refundable.

• Within 90-120 days before the retreat start date: 50% of the total retreat cost is non-refundable.

• Less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refunds will be issued.

2.2. We reserve the right to cancel the retreat for reasons beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, insufficient enrollment). In such cases, a full refund will be provided. We are not responsible for any other expenses incurred, including travel arrangements.

3. Health and Fitness:

​

3.1. It is your responsibility to consult with a medical professional before participating in the retreat to ensure that you are in good health and able to engage in physical activities. You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions that may affect your participation.

3.2. You agree to participate in all activities at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the retreat.

​

4. Behaviour and Conduct:

​

4.1. Respect for fellow participants, instructors, and staff is mandatory. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including the use of alcohol or drugs, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the retreat with no refund.

4.2. You are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled activities. Latecomers may be excluded from the session.

​

5. Travel Arrangements:

​

5.1. You are responsible for your own travel arrangements to and from the retreat location, as well as any additional expenses incurred during your journey.

​

5.2. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, delays, or emergencies.

​

6. Liability:

​

6.1. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the retreat.

​

6.2. You release us from any liability for injury, illness, or other damages that may occur during the retreat, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Photography and Media:

​

7.1. We may photograph or record portions of the retreat for promotional purposes. By participating in the retreat, you grant us the right to use your image and likeness in such promotional materials. 

​

7.2. Please inform us in writing if you do not wish to be photographed or recorded on video for promotional materials. 

​

8. Changes to Itinerary:

​

8.1. We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, including activities, schedules, and accommodations, as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

9. Travel Documents:

​

9.1. It is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documents, such as a valid passport and any required visas, for travel to the retreat location.

​

10. Agreement:

​

10.1. By registering for the retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
